01.Introduction
Welcome to Global Dental Clinic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish a formal agreement between you and our clinic located at Githurai 44, Nairobi, Kenya.
By booking an appointment or utilizing our clinical services, you acknowledge that you Have read and agreed to these terms in their entirety. These terms are designed to ensure the highest standard of care, professional safety, and administrative efficiency for all our patients.
02.Services Provided
Global Dental Clinic provides specialized dental care through a team of registered professionals. Our range of services includes:
Preventative Care
Detailed checkups, professional cleanings, and fluoride therapy.
Restorative Care
Composite fillings, root canal therapy, and crowns/bridges.
Orthodontic Care
Fixed braces, clear aligners, and dental retainers.
Surgical Care
Third-molar extractions, dental implants, and gum surgery.
All procedures are performed following strict sterilization protocols and the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) standards.
03.Appointment Booking
3.1 Scheduling Protocols
Appointments can be scheduled online via globaldental.co.ke, via phone (0717 071902), or through our physical location. Our clinic operates 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
3.2 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to provide care to other patients who may be in pain.
04.Patient Responsibilities
To ensure safety and successful clinical outcomes, patients are expected to:
- Disclose full medical history including allergies and recent illnesses.
- Discuss all current medications (including herbal supplements/vitamins).
- Strictly adhere to post-operative instructions provided by the dentist.
- Treat clinic staff, fellow patients, and surroundings with respect.
05.Fees & Payment
5.1 Transparent Pricing
We provide itemized treatment plans before starting any major procedure. Clinical factors discovered during treatment may necessitate adjustments to initial estimates.
Insurance: Pre-authorization is required for major procedures. Our team will assist with the paperwork, but final liability for unpaid claims rests with the patient.

Urgent Dental Assistance
For severe pain, bleeding, or dental trauma within clinic hours (8 AM - 8 PM), call 0717 071902. We prioritize same-day emergency triage.
